A directed acyclic graph connects the work and its dependencies. Checkpoints create deterministic boundaries around nondeterministic execution, with receipts and provenance for the artifacts produced.

At every checkpoint, the artifacts produced are connected to the context that produced them, so each result updates the shared model and becomes context for what happens next.
Goals, methods, skills, policies, and prior work flow into the work. The artifact and its receipt carry the result forward.
